From the hotel’s main entrance, follow the path next to the river heading east. Walk around the Martin Street boat harbour and past the Ballina Swimming Pool, keeping the river on your right-hand side the entire way. Continue along the coastal path, past Missingham Park and under the Missingham Bridge. The Ballina Farmers Market will be on your left in Commemoration Park.
It’s a short, flat walk of approximately 1.5km, with no road crossings or traffic — just a peaceful riverside stroll you can enjoy at your own pace. You can follow the same path back to the hotel after your visit.
