Online Pre-Check In
We have online pre-check making it a quicker, safer and contactless process for you. You will be emailed a link to our guest portal 48 hours prior to your arrival. Follow the steps to complete the check-in process and Covid-19 declaration.

Masks
You will notice some of our staff wearing masks during your stay. Masks are not mandatory, however some of our team have chosen to continue wearing a mask in the interest of personal safety. You may not be able to see our smiles, but we can’t wait to welcome you here for a safe and relaxing stay.
Social Distancing, Rules and Practices
Please maintain a minimum 1.5m distance from all other patrons and utilise sanitising stations provided on levels 1 and 2. Our lovely staff will advise of any further procedures and will be happy to answer any questions if you are unsure.
Cleaning Procedures
We continue to uphold strict cleaning procedures to reduce the risk of transmission within our hotel and community. We follow recommended cleaning protocols via Safe Work NSW and use high grade hospital detergents, disinfectants and sanitisers in every room prior to your arrival and during your stay.
All high touch areas are rigorously sanitised throughout the day including but not limited to key cards, lift buttons, door handles, benches and toilets.
Gym and Pool
Our Gym is opened 24 hours and our pool is open between 7:00am – 9:00pm and social distancing must be adhered to at all times in these areas.
