You will notice some of our staff wearing masks during your stay to protect your wellbeing. You may not be able to see our smiles, but we can’t wait to welcome you here for a safe and relaxing stay.
Online Pre-Check In
We have now implemented online pre-check making it a quicker, safer and contactless process for you. You will be emailed a link to our guest portal 48 hours prior to your arrival. Follow the steps to complete the check-in process and Covid-19 declaration.
We are working towards contactless payment options and will update you when these become available. Currently you will still be required to present your credit card upon arrival for payment.

Proof of Address and Temperature Checks
All guests are required to provide proof of address and photo identification. We may also conduct a temperature check with a contactless thermometer. Based on current government restrictions, appropriate travel documentation must be presented if you are travelling from a restricted area.
If you reside from a known Covid-19 hotspot we ask that you postpone your travel as we are unable to accept reservations from particular postcodes.
Entry may be refused if the above conditions are not met.
Please check your relevant local border restrictions prior to booking with us as the hotel is unable to accept any visitors in breach of local or state closures. As government responses continue to evolve we will continue to update you should your travel be impacted.
Social Distancing, Rules and Practices
Please maintain a minimum 1.5m distance from all other patrons and utilise sanitising stations provided on levels 1 and 2. Our lovely staff will advise of any further procedures and will be happy to answer any questions if you are unsure.
We continue to uphold strict cleaning procedures to reduce the risk of transmission within our hotel and community. We follow recommended cleaning protocols via Safe Work NSW and use high grade hospital detergents, disinfectants and sanitisers in every room prior to your arrival and during your stay.
All high touch areas are rigorously sanitised throughout the day including but not limited to key cards, lift buttons, door handles, benches and toilets.
Gym and Pool
Our gym is available by booking only and is limited to one person at a time between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm. Please see reception to make a booking.
Our pool is open between 7:00am – 7:00pm and limited to 10 guests at any one time.
Room Service and Dining
Room service is currently not available. There are several dining options located within the building, please check hours and days of operation with the individual restaurants as times may vary. There are an array of dining options available in Ballina, please see our helpful staff on reception if you require any assistance.
